Natural colours provide brilliance, vibrancy and label advantages whilst improving the quality of the product.

There are two categories of natural colours:

  • Natural colours – usually require INS number on label.
  • Colouring Foodstuffs – usually labelled as Colour Intensive Plant Extracts.
